Who We Are

The Barron County Model Railroad Club is a community of railroad enthusiasts dedicated to modeling, and celebrating the rich history of railroading in Northwest Wisconsin and the railroads native to the region and beyond. Founded by local hobbyists, our volunteer-driven club builds and operates a detailed HO scale modular layout. Through meetings, events, and occasional outings, we foster fellowship, share expertise in layout construction and modeling techniques.

We are also proudly supported by Rice Lake Tourism!

The building has a sign that reads "Cameron Area Community Center" and a smaller sign for "Public Library." A sidewalk runs along the front, with a small parking lot and a fire hydrant. There are trees and other buildings in the background, and the street in front has parked cars and bicycle lane signage.
